Blue Boat at Faversham Creek

This was such a striking composition with the bright blue of the boat against the browns and greys of the muddy creek. Also the wonderful shapes created by the edges of the water gives a strong feature leading to the interesting roof shapes of the industrial buildings.

I also like the ladder and the way it breaks up the line, but also suggests that the boat is under repair and heading for a new purpose.
